When you contact us or book a call

If you email us or book a Fit Call, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, and anything you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you, prepare for our conversation, and, if we work together, deliver our services. We do not sell or rent your information.

Scheduling is handled by a third-party booking tool, which processes your booking details under its own privacy policy.

Retention

We keep correspondence only as long as it's useful for our relationship or required for business and legal records.
